- Weekend retreats start on Friday at 7:00pm unless designated
otherwise. You may arrive anytime after 5pm. - Retreats are silent unless otherwise noted.
- Meals will be provided for by retreat participants Saturday (breakfast,
lunch and dinner) and Sunday (breakfast and lunch). - Coffee, tea and water is available throughout the day.
- Retreats end Sunday afternoon.
- Suggested items to bring for overnights: alarm clock, flashlight and
appropriate shoes and clothing for outside kinhin. - Any questions regarding the retreat should be directed to the office.
